Terms and Conditions

Our administration hours are 9am-5pm Monday-Friday. Orders which come through our offices are dealt with during these times. Where possible all orders will be dispatched within 48 hours of receipt. Delivery is made via courier so please allow up to 3 working days from placing of order to receipt, a delivery charge of £5.00 is applicable for each order (up to 25kg). Delivery prices and times are applicable for UK mainland only. Payment for your order will only be taken once the goods are ready for dispatch.

Returns and Refunds

Our policy at Spoilt4Choice is a no quibble refund on any items purchased from us. The goods must be returned to our head office at Giraffe Enterprises, 22-23 Embassy Court, High Street, welling, Kent, DA16 1TH within 7 working days of receipt of the goods. If the product is at fault we will also refund your return postage.

Currency Policy

All prices quoted are in £ sterling and any charges will be charged to your credit/debit card account.

Export Goods

Giraffe Enterprises does not administer an overseas export policy. We are however happy to send your goods overseas , please call for individual charges.

Replacement and Cancellations

If your items are delivered to you in an unsatisfactory condition they will be refunded or replaced within 5 working days. You have the right to cancel your order so long as the items have not already been dispatched you from our distribution point. If you require immediate cancellation prior to dispatch please do not hesitate to contact us on 020 8298 6872 or e-mail info@spoilt4choice.co.uk. Our policy is to provide a high quality service and a prompt delivery of goods we hold in stock. Our policies do not affect your statutory rights.
