Add/Remove Items to Existing Orders Quickly and easily adjust orders by adding or removing products from it. Our system will prompt you to either debit or refund accordingly.

Debit Money, Issue Refunds Take payment with a click of a button. Take full payment for the total order value, or if you're part-dispatching an order you can simply take payment for the items which are ready for delivery.

Virtual PDQ Use our virtual PDQ machine to take telephone orders or to take other one-off payments using customer card details.

Discount Vouchers Our comprehensive voucher system enables you to offer promotional discounts. Simply create a new voucher by stating the value of the discount (either a percentage or fixed amount) as well as the minimum spend to be eligible. You can also create vouchers with unlimited or once-only usage, with options to exlude the delivery charges. Customers can enter the promotional code at the checkout stage to recieve their discount!

Anti Fraud Measures

CVV2 These are the digits on the back of the card. You will be shown if the customer entered the correct digits on each order.

AVS1 and AVS2 This checks the first line of the billing address entered by the customer, as well as the post code to make sure they match where the card is registered to.

3D Secure (Verified by Visa and Mastercard Securecode) This is an added security stage that when used, will make most orders immune to chargebacks due to fraud.

Country Check We show on each order the country the computer came from, which we work out using the IP address, to a 99.9% accuracy.

Featured Products Highlight popular products as "featured products" to gain maximum exposure. Set your featured products on a per-page basis so that they are as relevant as possible to the section the user is in. Featured products cascade to the sections beneath them, so unless new featured products are specified, the system will pick up the featured products from the previous section(s).

Recently Viewed Items Allow your visitors to keep track of the items they've looked at. Simply set how many products to keep track of and they'll start to stack up as you move from product to product!

3-Stage Publishing Our powerful 3-stage publishing system ensures you're happy with changes/additions to your shop before you make them live to your customers. Our 3 stages consist of Edit, Test, Live. Make changes in edit mode, publish those changes to the test environment before finally replicating it to your live site.
